Refund policy
At FIOZZ, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products once an order has been delivered.
We only provide exchanges for eligible items in cases such as:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size exchange (subject to availability)
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fiozz@gmail.com with your order details and clear images of the issue.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached to qualify for an exchange.
Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions. FIOZZ reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
